accessible organizational assessment tool that provides management
with information as to how well critical organizational elements are
working together to achieve business and strategic goals. It
also identifies which of these critical elements are not working
together; thereby identifying areas for improvement. Our
approach is sound in that we measure interrelationships of essential
elements which when working together become strong predictors of
