Position:          Associate:  Sales Professional

Description:   Help business owners and leaders solve real world problems by offering the services of Bold Potential Associates.  You make the contacts and gather requirements such to determine the best course of action.   You make the directional recommendation and gain commitment from the client.   Then, a Bold Potential business or personal coach will deliver your solution.  You are able to move on the your next prospect and client.

For those who have the skill to sell coaching services, aggressive commissions are offered.  Sales professionals are independent contractors and are paid on a commission only basis.   Wages are reported via form 1099.

 Requirements:    Must have ability to gather requirements through active listening and questioning techniques.   Must have working knowledge of Bold Potential Associates' offerings and services, which we will teach you.  Strong business acumen, professional presence, empathetic style, and results oriented are desirable characteristics for a Bold Potential Associates sales professional.  Having held Senior level positions in moderate to large size companies, or experience in business start ups a real plus.   Training / Mentoring available.

Position:         Associate:  Business Coach

Description:   A Business Coach-Associate will operate in the same manner as the Sales Professional listed above, but will also deliver services to clients as a Coach.
