We are a individual and corporate coaching firm dedicated to turning possibilities into gainful reality. BPA is affiliated with Resource Associates Corporation of Reading PA. This gives BPA extended reach to subject matter expertise both at RAC-TQI headquarters and from nearly 600 other affiliates in the US and abroad. BPA uses proven methods and programs that have helped thousands of clients achieve their goals as part of our portfolio of services.

Jim Snyder |
Purpose: "I exist by helping others succeed"
Jim Snyder is the founder and owner of Bold Potential Associates, LLC. He is a seasoned professional with over 25 years management experience with Fortune 500 companies, and brings ground level operating experience to BPA.
Jim has a broad background having held senior level positions in Business and Sales Operations, Managed Services Sales, Project and Program Management, IT Management, Customer Service, and Six Sigma Quality. He has international experience in managing multi-country, cross-functional IT deployments, product launches, and business transformation projects.
Jim has been recognized for his skills and accomplishments as a leader, trouble shooter, problem solver, and personal development coach. He holds numerous certifications in Business, IT, Quality, and now as a professional coach.
Jim is a six year veteran of the United State Air Force.
